We moved 400 miles east and relied totally on Kent and Tammy's expertise to prep our house for sale, market it, and interview prospects. They do it well everyday....for us, the first time selling a house! Our situation as absentee sellers could have been a nightmare. Trust with our agents was essential! We shared very specific goals for our situation. Fortunately.... we worked with Tammy and Kent! What a fantastic experience, Tammy keep us informed on all things administrative. Kent confirmed market conditions could meet our goals, communicated the marketing plan, progress on repairs, and results of first showing. Many times we could share this info using conference calling where I might be traveling for work, my wife in our new home, with Kent and Tammy in Memphis where the sale is taking place. Within two weeks of first showing Kent and Tammy helped us identify the buyer which met our goals! We closed and had cash in hand within six weeks of going on the market.
