Kent and Tammy Anderson are the BEST real estate agents in the Memphis area. They care about their clients, and they are always available for questions and concerns. I appreciate the time and attention they showed me throughout the process. As a new homeowner, they were patient with all of my questions. They have checked on me post-closing, and I couldn't be happier in my new home. Everyone should have a Kent and Tammy in their lives!!!

Kent and Tammy worked with me to sell my elderly parents' home and find a larger home that would accommodate my parents and my family. Our needs were complicated and Kent and Tammy were great listeners. They sold my parents' home and found a home that met our MANY specifications. The home we liked had 11 offers in 24 hours. They helped me navigate the process and create a competitive offer. They wrote a letter on our behalf and helped us get the contract. Even after their "work" was done, they reached out to help us find contractors to perform work to make the home safe for my elderly parents. They made this difficult time so much easier!

Kent and Tammy were absolutely awesome! In this challenging market, they went above and beyond all expectations I had to help me find a home. Brutally honest at times, they made sure I considered everything about a particular house and area, without pushing me to buy the first house I could so they could move on. I definitely recommend Kent and Tammy to anyone that needs a realtor.
